Job Summary

Prototype and deliver AI-enabled solutions for strategic customers using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform and partners like Microsoft, OpenAI, and Databricks. You’ll run AI discovery and solutioning, build prototypes in customer hackathons, execute Proof-of-Value projects, and enable adoption by demonstrating business impact to executives. As part of the Orbit graduate program and the Value Engineering Center of Excellence, you’ll specialize in domains and contribute reusable best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand customers’ AI strategy and business-critical challenges, then translate requirements into Celonis solutions.
•Prototype AI-enabled use cases by rapidly building solutions during customer hackathons.
•Support customers in achieving ROI from AI deployments at scale using autonomous AI agents empowered by the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
•Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects aligned to customers’ AI strategies and value/adoption thresholds.
•Deliver business impact presentations to senior executives and contribute reusable best practices, tools, and collateral for the Value Engineering Center of Excellence.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
•Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
•Understanding of generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
•Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (such as LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) plus data engineering tools and technologies.
•Fluency in English and Dutch, with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills and the ability to present to diverse audiences.
