Job Summary

Lead corporate communications for earnings, M&A, and major corporate news, setting strategy and driving execution from agenda through media engagement. You’ll serve as the Americas anchor for the corporate communications team, owning New York press relationships and managing quarterly and year-end earnings workflows in partnership with investor relations and legal. You’ll also lead M&A messaging through close and architect AI-powered communications workflows to scale team capacity.

•Set strategy, agenda, and execution for earnings, M&A, and corporate news communications.
•Build and deploy project teams for major moments, coordinating media relations, social, regional, and AI operations support as needed.
•Own New York-based media relationships and lead senior press engagements with top financial, tech, and crypto outlets.
•Manage operational communications during quarterly and year-end reporting windows, coordinating materials and partnering with investor relations and legal.
•Lead M&A communications from announcement through close and serve as Americas escalation point for corporate, financial, or regional news.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 257,500 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, with meaningful in-house or agency experience.
•Deep expertise in financial communications, including direct ownership of the earnings process and partnership with investor relations and legal.
•Experience leading M&A communications across legal and finance to manage timing, messaging, and media through close.
•Established relationships with Tier 1 financial and business media, with strong news judgment and ability to manage corrections.
•Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development; must be based in New York City.
