Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the team’s roadmap end-to-end: identify problems, build business cases, prioritize, ship, and measure with a dedicated engineering team, product designer, and data analyst.
  • •Design and run experiments with success metrics and guardrails; drive rollout and kill decisions based on data.
  • •Own unit economics across pricing/fees, billing cycles, statements, and repayment experience; model business cases and defend trade-offs with Finance and Risk.
  • •Work daily with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Billing on customer-facing terms, fee structures, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Own launch quality end-to-end, including readiness, customer communications, and gradual rollouts; contribute to Tabby Card expansion into KSA.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience, ideally 2+ years in fintech, banking, or credit products (billing, payments, lending, or cards).
  • •Shipped monetization, pricing, or billing features with measurable results and watched guardrails during launch.
  • •Strong experiment discipline: pre-register metrics/segment cuts and make kill decisions based on data.
  • •Fluency in unit economics and analytics, with experience partnering with compliance or legal on customer-facing products.
  • •English fluency; bonus points for credit card/revolving credit domain knowledge and GCC market + Arabic language skills.
