Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in HR or People roles, including direct People Business Partner or HR Business Partner experience.
  • •Experience supporting large, non-exempt employee populations in healthcare or other licensure-driven environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices.
  • •Proven experience coaching managers through performance management, employee relations, team effectiveness, and organizational change.
  • •Experience building or improving people programs and infrastructure (not just maintaining processes).
