Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive periodic title reviews, traveling onsite at studio locations globally as well as virtually.
  • •Propel title review preparations, including partnering with studios and coordinating with other internal groups such as user research, publishing, forecasting, and finance.
  • •Foster positive relationships by building trust and ensuring alignment across development teams, executive leadership, and support groups.
  • •Take on the role of interpreter, diplomat, and advocate for the title review process to increase transparency with all stakeholders.
  • •Proactively suggest and implement improvements to the title development framework process and internal department work systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal game production, including bringing a game to launch in a leadership role on a game team.
  • •Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and industry best practices across multiple game types, genres, platforms, and business models.
