Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement automated testing strategies for functional, integration, and regression testing to improve coverage and efficiency.
  • •Lead the development and maintenance of reusable, scalable test scripts and contribute to global test framework design.
  • •Support multi-testing streams (multiple environments and monthly releases) and ensure tests can be deployed across streams.
  • •Continuously monitor, update, and refactor automation scripts to improve reliability, speed, and maintainability.
  • •Manage and mentor a team of test automation engineers, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines while providing metrics reporting and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience creating and maintaining test automation frameworks, including support for multi-branches and multiple UI types (desktop, web, mobile).
  • •Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress, plus GitHub, Jenkins, BrowserStack, and Atlassian.
  • •Experience with DevOps frameworks and processes, and integration interfaces testing and tooling.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Experience in ERP automation across Finance and HCM domains, with exposure to AI tooling for software testing and QA.
