Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategic direction, feature design, and roadmap for Health Insight, including its data model, dashboards, and quality/population health use case packages.
  • •Act as scrum product owner for an Agile development team to deliver analytics features and use cases to successful release.
  • •Gather and translate customer needs from health systems, payers, and HIEs into product requirements and help customers realize product value.
  • •Represent the voice of the customer internally to guide development of clinical/claims analytics capabilities, dashboards, and notifications.
  • •Serve as an internal subject matter expert and advise on industry trends such as value-based care, quality measure programs, risk adjustment, and regulatory changes.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of product management experience, ideally with healthcare data or analytics products.
  • •Deep experience designing application or data models at an in-depth level, in industry or in healthcare organizations.
  • •Proven success envisioning, designing, and bringing healthcare data or analytics products to completion.
  • •Experience working with customers/stakeholders to understand and refine product needs across development stages.
