Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, including planning, steering, and independent delivery.
•Support sales by developing proposals for potential and existing customers and contribute to strategic development of the ASG ERP Practice.
•Oversee the agile execution of projects following the Avanade methodology and ensure project goals (budget, schedule, quality) are met.
•Develop and nurture the ERP Delivery Lead Community in ASG, coaching around 25 experts across experience levels and driving knowledge transfer and best practices.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Germany, Austria and Switzerland to deliver sustainable ERP solutions.

Key Requirements

•Proven project leadership and advisory capabilities with strong client engagement experience; able to manage client expectations and align with project outcomes.
•Deep understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or similar ERP solutions is advantageous.
•Experience in leading and coaching onshore and offshore teams, plus agile project delivery using Avanade methodology.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems, business administration or a related field.
•Fluency in German and English (other languages a plus).
