Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer and product discovery end-to-end to shape valuable, usable, feasible, and viable solutions for healthcare provider challenges.
  • •Define integration strategy so Hospital Information Systems connect to the SAP Autonomous Suite.
  • •Drive interoperability by modeling and designing HL7 FHIR resources and APIs for seamless HIS integration.
  • •Design and prioritize real-world AI use cases for clinical and operational workflows with customers, partners, and engineering teams.
  • •Model and analyze healthcare data across administrative, financial, and clinical domains to produce insights and product decisions.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Proven product management experience in healthcare IT, including familiarity with EMR, HIS, and revenue cycle workflows (e.g., RCM) and healthcare IT platforms like Clinical Data Repositories.
  • •Hands-on experience with healthcare data standards and interoperability, including applying HL7 FHIR and other standards in real product contexts.
  • •Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.
  • •Ability to leverage AI in everyday workflows with a focus on context design, system integration, and output quality.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex, ambiguous data into clear product decisions, plus cross-functional collaboration and clear communication.
