Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 6 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Knowledge of ASHRAE standards, NFPA, and ICC codes.
  • •Experience analyzing and laying out plumbing and/or HVAC systems, including hydronic piping, medical gas, and air distribution.
  • •Thorough working knowledge of relevant engineering software including Revit, CAD, load calculation software, and Excel.
  • •Construction phase experience such as submittal reviews, on-site inspections, RFIs, and change orders.
