Job Function: Hospitality & Food Service

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee a specific kitchen station (e.g., sauces, grill, pastry) to ensure smooth operation and output.
•Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
•Ensure quality and presentation meet culinary standards and maintain consistency across dishes.
•Supervise and train junior cooks and kitchen staff at the assigned station to develop skills and efficiency.
•Monitor inventory for the section, including ordering and stock control, and coordinate with Head Chef for overall kitchen coordination.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field; professional culinary certification preferred
•Minimum 5 years of working experience in a kitchen; 3 years of relevant experience; GCC experience is a plus
•Comprehensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and cooking principles
•Experience in inventory control, stock rotation, and equipment maintenance
•Strong leadership to supervise and mentor kitchen staff and contribute to menu planning and recipe development
