  • •Own Offer engineering execution across pricing, contract lifecycle, and Sales tooling, with direct business impact on margin and growth.
  • •Set technical direction and architecture standards for a shared insurance Core Stack across countries while keeping the system simple and extensible.
  • •Enable AI-native underwriting capabilities and build smart, compliant offer building experiences.
  • •Hire, onboard, and grow the team; build talent density, feedback loops, and the right mix of skills for the area.
  • •Stay hands-on by writing, reviewing, and shipping code while shaping organization scaling and incident response.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years leading engineering teams with a track record of building high performers.
  • •Experience establishing engineering excellence standards and guiding architectural decisions.
  • •First-hand experience shipping AI or LLM products to production is a big plus.
  • •Eagerness to keep writing code, reviewing code, and still shipping yourself.
  • •Comfortable with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.
