Set up, operate, and maintain processing equipment used to grind and mix raw meat products. Move heavy buckets and tanks between the holding cooler and grinding room, add ingredients for accurate batching, and complete weight/process checks. Perform job rotations (including tow motor), accurately record product information and SAP functions, follow safety/food safety (GMP, SQF), and handle on-the-job paperwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
