Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform detailed reviews of contracts and customer RFPs, including identifying terms and conditions and associated risk factors using AI.
  • •Manage contract deliverables such as reporting, price file creation, and customer website updates; assist with RFP responses as needed.
  • •Maintain records and files documenting contract deliverables for the GRO Operations organization.
  • •Support adherence to relevant legal/regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring strict compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • •Collaborate with automation/transformation teams as a liaison and identify/escalate process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus 3–5 years of contract management experience.
  • •Robust understanding of applicable U.S. legal and contract terminology, terms, and conditions.
  • •Proficiency with generative AI tools and mastery of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • •Fluent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to multitask with changing priorities and deadlines.
