Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high-quality financial plan advice to Premier and Private Client clients, linking goals to recommendations and HSBC products and services.
•Drive growth by working directly with clients and connecting financial plans to HSBC products and services to help generate new revenue.
•Serve as financial planning subject-matter expert for the US business, especially around retirement planning and executive compensation.
•Lead clients through the financial planning process, identify opportunities, and deliver recommendations aligned to clients’ stated financial goals.
•Partner with Regional Heads, Market Managers, the Financial Planning Lead, and Sales Distribution to grow financial planning fluency and provide ongoing training and expertise.

Key Requirements

•Mastery of the financial planning process with advanced tax, retirement, and executive compensation strategy knowledge.
•Demonstrated sales acumen and the ability to work with clients to recommend tailored solutions aligned to their stated goals.
•Extensive experience presenting financial plans and interest in teaching financial planning principles to a growing sales force.
•Certified Financial Planner designation with strong direct client experience as a financial planner; CPA or Masters in Tax beneficial.
•Familiarity with MoneyGuide Pro financial planning software.
