Key Responsibilities

  • •Define platform-level experience architecture across navigation, hierarchy, permissions, configuration, entitlements, and shared interaction patterns.
  • •Lead critical cross-product workflows including onboarding, activation, setup, upsell, and expansion.
  • •Simplify complex workflow-heavy tools by creating clear mental models, scalable interaction frameworks, and reusable product patterns.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product design experience (or equivalent seniority) with a track record leading complex, high-impact product work.
  • •Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills, including experience designing workflow-heavy products or tools with meaningful complexity.
  • •Proven ability to define scalable experience models, frameworks, and patterns across multiple products, teams, or customer journeys.
  • •Excellent product judgment to simplify complexity while balancing usability, flexibility, and technical constraints.
