Analyze and turn data into actionable insights to design, implement, and monitor a multi-year strategic operating model transformation. Work with transformation, operations, technology, and internal consulting stakeholders to extract, clean, and validate datasets; identify trends, drivers, and anomalies; and build KPI reporting and progress dashboards using tools like Power BI. Support measurement plans and benefits realization, ensuring governance-aligned reporting and data standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with transformation, operations, and technology teams to understand required datasets and extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
•Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess current-state performance, identify drivers and pain points, and translate findings into clear implications.
•Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and standard reports for progress tracking, benefits realization, and risk/issue summaries, aligned to governance/PMO cadence.
•Provide analytical input to support end-to-end design of the target operating model across business units and solution lines.
•Collaborate with stakeholders across time zones, participate in workshops/review meetings, and support measurement plans by analyzing post-implementation performance and adoption metrics.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or consultant with strong analytical focus.
•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or technology-related field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics).
•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns and draw clear conclusions.
•Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation) and experience building dashboards with a BI tool such as Power BI.
•Solid SQL (or willingness to develop quickly) for data extraction and transformation.
