Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safe and efficient operation of building and plant technology through monitoring, control, and centralized fault management.
  • •Analyze deviations, errors, and fault causes and locate damage; define the scope of remedial actions within the assigned responsibility and either perform minor repairs or escalate.
  • •Manage building management and IT systems, including monitoring and maintenance of PC-based building control systems, implementing program changes, updating data and databases, and applying software updates.
  • •Maintain technical documentation and plans (e.g., technology, lighting, emergency lighting, access control, sprinkler plans), produce statistics and technical presentations, and manage inspection-relevant assets and inspection deadlines.
  • •Handle administrative and organizational tasks such as checking vendor invoices and service scope (e.g., maintenance and trades), coordinating complaints and routine cleaning tasks, and supporting waste management and documentation/filing.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical training, ideally in facility management, building services engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
  • •Experience in technical building management or facility management.
  • •Knowledge of building control systems and technical building systems.
  • •Competence with MS Office applications and a structured, independent, reliable working style.
  • •Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders; English and German in spoken and written form.
