Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise the activities of the cash section and monitor the balancing of cash total
  • •Establish good rapport and relationship with customers, handle their requests and enquiries skillfully
  • •Take personal accountability for decisions, actions, and risk mitigation, solving customers’ problems
  • •Address customers’ dissatisfaction and provide alternatives or solutions in accordance with Customer Response Handling Guideline
  • •Provide support to Customer Service Manager as and when required

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate or Associate degree / Higher diploma / HKCEE / HKDSE holders with passes in Chinese, English, Mathematics
  • •Retail banking experience, with knowledge of general banking products and branch support experience
  • •Possess solid banking experience in cash handling and branch operations
  • •Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • •Attentive to detail and strong problem solving skills
