Senior Software Engineer - Backend

Build backend systems for equipment monitoring that turn IoT sensor telemetry into real-time locations, geofence events, trips, and alerts. Own ingestion and stream-processing pipelines using Kafka and Flink, design and maintain scalable APIs, and partner with Embedded/firmware and IoT teams on device data contracts and end-to-end delivery. Improve reliability and observability, reduce technical debt, and mentor others while working with AWS cloud infrastructure.
