Build and deepen relationships with small business customers by delivering comprehensive financial solutions and providing excellent customer service. Manage account openings, recommend and open product solutions, and support ongoing account servicing and maintenance, while coordinating with branch partners and referring clients to other U.S. Bancorp areas when needed.

•Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses ($500K to $2.5M annual revenue).
•Deepen existing customer relationships through routine calling and develop new opportunities via business development and outside prospecting.
•Perform account openings and identify, open, and service product solutions for customers in the segment.
•Collaborate with branch partners and other business line partners, and refer clients to Business Banking and/or other U.S. Bancorp areas for additional needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

•Understanding of banking operations, product knowledge, sales, new business development, and customer service/relations.
•Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally to convey business recommendations.
