Job Summary

Monitor and maintain network and infrastructure systems as part of the Enterprise Services NOC team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. Independently analyze network performance, perform advanced troubleshooting to resolve incidents before escalation, and produce clear technical documentation with recommended actions. Support process improvements and collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to drive service reliability. Work with written instructions available in English only.
