Job Summary

Drive enterprise growth across France and Benelux by building and managing a portfolio of new accounts using ElevenLabs’ conversational AI. Identify new opportunities for AI voice and agent solutions, develop account strategies across key verticals, and maintain deep knowledge of the AI Agents landscape. Partner with customer success and solutions engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion, and advise C-suite stakeholders on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.

•Build and manage a growing portfolio of new enterprise accounts to meet revenue goals.
•Identify new business opportunities for ElevenLabs’ conversational AI to drive engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
•Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the AI Agents landscape, including use cases and competitive solutions.
•Execute account strategies to expand presence within enterprise verticals such as healthcare, government, and finance.
•Partner with customer success and solutions engineering for onboarding and account expansion; advise clients on generative AI and voice interfaces.

Key Requirements

•Deep understanding of the French ecosystem.
•Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
•Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes, with ability to accelerate deal velocity in France.
•Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders, translating complex technology into business value.
