Key Requirements

  • •2+ years leading people or formal team leadership experience in Operations, Risk, Governance, Compliance, Financial Services, or similar control-sensitive environments.
  • •Experience managing team performance, workload, prioritization, quality, and delivery against SLAs or operational KPIs.
  • •Track record of coaching and developing people, including supporting performance and building capability in ambiguous situations.
  • •Experience identifying process gaps and turning them into practical improvements, documentation, operating rhythms, or governance frameworks.
