Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain comprehensive training materials — including guides, tutorials, SOPs, troubleshooting docs, and certification content — for a range of audiences including Operators, Technicians, Ops Leads, QMs, and Engineering teams.
  • •Become a go-to resource for Robotics and collections systems, developing deep enough fluency to translate technical complexity into documentation that non-technical users can act on.
  • •Identify knowledge gaps across teams and proactively address them with new or updated content, keeping materials current with evolving tools and processes.
  • •Work within established content standards and templates to ensure documentation is consistent, accessible, and ready for use across multiple regions.
  • •Support the localization and adaptation of training materials for international teams, working within i18n frameworks to ensure regional consistency.

Key Requirements
