Key Responsibilities

•Potential additional duties include region leader training and process development.
•Responsible for driving the culture and providing excellent customer support for all sites within a region.
•Maintain a considerate and reciprocal relationship with site leadership and staff to influence the design and rollout of key initiatives and drive site-level execution to achieve desired results.
•Responsible for cascading policy deployment improvement targets and strategic direction to P&W APAC Organization Leadership, Site General Managers, site EH&S Managers, site EH&S Councils or other staff.
•Provide strategic direction and influence, leadership, and technical support to advance EH&S programs, and provide oversight to help ensure all facilities are in compliance with local, state, in-country, and RTX/PW EH&S requirements.

Key Requirements

•BS degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Health & Safety or related technical discipline and 5+ years of work experience in EH&S
•CSP (Certified Safety Professional)
•Prior experience preferred in an industrial manufacturing environment
•Preference is for professionals located in Singapore
•Seeking highly motivated individual with strategic leadership ability, strong interpersonal skills, and proven ability to influence all levels of management
