Regional Midlevel Gift Officer

Lead the cultivation and stewardship of World Relief California’s mid-level partners, building lasting relationships and driving revenue goals. Design and implement fundraising strategies, create targeted proposals, and coordinate partner engagement events such as recognition activities and virtual town halls. Maintain accurate partner records in the fundraising database, analyze mid-level giving performance, and collaborate with advancement, program, marketing, and communications teams to strengthen fundraising pathways and planned giving opportunities.
