Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Handle and resolve complex regulatory and user issues, including inquiries, audits, and complaints across multiple regions (Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific).
  • ā€¢Manage regional content moderation and online safety requirements in markets including the EU, UK, Brazil, Indonesia, and Australia.
  • ā€¢Conduct risk evaluations and investigations and perform incident management for highly sensitive regulatory reviews with Legal.
  • ā€¢Escalate and coordinate privacy and intellectual property issues (e.g., privacy rights requests, copyright takedowns) and define resolution paths with cross-functional partners.
  • ā€¢Build and maintain operational workflows, tooling, escalation playbooks, knowledge domains, and monitor operational health via case quality audits, SLA tracking, and data analysis.

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal operations, and trust & safety in a global or high-growth tech environment.
  • ā€¢Translate content moderation or online safety requirements into operational workflows while navigating evolving global AI governance frameworks.
  • ā€¢Partner with in-house legal counsel, DPOs, or external regulators on audits, inquiries, and escalations.
  • ā€¢Understand tiered support structures and have worked with vendor operations at scale.
