•Interact with governance and risk to proactively identify and address service issues.
•Directly manage projects and participate in program/dashboard deep dives to improve performance.
•Supervise a team of remediation professionals, provide issue follow-up, and support training and succession planning.
•Partner with client account managers and business line leadership to grow profitable backlog via budgets and capture strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field AND 8 years of experience (or equivalent).

•Master’s degree in environmental engineering, geoscience, or related discipline (preferred).
•Experience managing environmental programs under California, Colorado, or Texas regulatory frameworks (preferred).
