Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coordinate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities across assigned sites.
  • •Serve as the primary interface between central demand planning and site operations, providing structured data and insights.
  • •Oversee production planning across multiple sites to ensure efficient asset utilization and alignment with inventory targets and customer demand.
  • •Own multi-site inventory performance and ensure warehousing and distribution activities are optimized.
  • •Lead cost-to-serve and distribution optimization initiatives while coordinating with procurement and aligning with Manufacturing, Commercial, Customer Service, Quality, R&D, and HSE to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • •7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain roles, covering planning, inventory management, and logistics (multi-regional experience preferred).
  • •Proven, in-depth knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, and end-to-end logistics.
  • •Experience in a manufacturing and/or chemical industry environment with exposure to production, capacity, and inventory constraints.
  • •Strong proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, with the ability to leverage system data for planning and performance management.
