Job Summary

Lead and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities across multiple manufacturing sites in the Americas for Huntsman’s Advanced Materials Division. Own demand and supply balancing, production planning, procurement coordination, and optimized warehousing and distribution. Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), manage inventory performance, and provide actionable insights to sites and regional leadership. Partner across Manufacturing, Commercial, Customer Service, Quality, R&D, and HSE while driving continuous improvement, harmonization, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive and coordinate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities across assigned sites.
•Serve as the primary interface between central demand planning and site operations, providing structured data and insights.
•Oversee production planning across multiple sites to ensure efficient asset utilization and alignment with inventory targets and customer demand.
•Own multi-site inventory performance and ensure warehousing and distribution activities are optimized.
•Lead cost-to-serve and distribution optimization initiatives while coordinating with procurement and aligning with Manufacturing, Commercial, Customer Service, Quality, R&D, and HSE to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
•7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain roles, covering planning, inventory management, and logistics (multi-regional experience preferred).
•Proven, in-depth knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, and end-to-end logistics.
•Experience in a manufacturing and/or chemical industry environment with exposure to production, capacity, and inventory constraints.
•Strong proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, with the ability to leverage system data for planning and performance management.
