Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with executive- and elite-tier clients to deliver HR solutions focused on compliance, retention, and growth.
  • •Provide expert guidance on employment and payroll matters, including multi-state compliance and complex investigations.
  • •Advise on employment issues including ADA, PWFA, leaves of absence, reductions in force, coaching/counseling, and terminations.
  • •Develop and recommend HR tools and programs such as handbooks, job descriptions, compensation and PTO plans, performance management systems, and hiring/onboarding processes.
  • •Document client interactions in HRIS and use data/reports to identify trends, while supporting escalations and service delivery/SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •3–5 years of HR experience.
  • •Working knowledge across HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation, and benefits.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications as needed.
  • •PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred; valid, non-restrictive driver’s license required for occasional travel.
