Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support continuous improvement implementation across the facility, including 6S, standardization, abnormalities management, and complex goal deployment.
  • •Maintain and monitor complex action plans to support operational objectives and performance targets.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between the facility and the corporate operational excellence team to ensure initiative implementation and understanding.
  • •Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommended actions for improvement.
  • •Facilitate status meetings, train and coach teams on continuous improvement tools, and provide regular reports to plant leadership and corporate teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
