Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to Flight Attendants general questions in person and by phone.
  • •File expense reimbursements and handle mail and FEDEX.
  • •Provide tablet support at Crew Service Centers.
  • •Coordinate Flight Attendant parking and Crew IDs and assist with resolving attendant queries during shifts.
  • •Ensure crew room computers and equipment are in working condition and order supplies; in the absence of an Operations Coordinator, assume administrative functions.
