Job Summary

Lead privileged access management and secrets management initiatives across a global enterprise infrastructure. Architect and operate enterprise-scale PAM and secrets management solutions, including CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault, across multi-cloud environments. Build secure session and credential workflows, integrate Vault with CI/CD for secret injection, automate rotation, and ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and performance. Partner with DevOps, Network, Cloud, and Platform teams while driving compliance and incident response for access and secrets exposure events.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and manage enterprise PAM solutions at scale, including CyberArk self-hosted operations and alternatives evaluation.
•Architect and operate privileged session management for RDP/SSH with credential injection, session recording, monitoring, and compliance/security alerting.
•Implement automated account discovery and onboarding workflows and troubleshoot PAM infrastructure stability to eliminate outages.
•Architect and operate HashiCorp Vault Enterprise across multi-cloud environments, including secrets engines, authentication methods, policies, and namespaces.
•Integrate Vault with CI/CD pipelines for secure secret injection and configure Vault operations such as auto-unseal, HA/DR, tuning, and secret rotation.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years hands-on experience with enterprise privileged access management (PAM) solutions at scale, including privileged session management and credential injection.
•Deep experience with account lifecycle management (discovery, onboarding, rotation) for Windows local, AD, and Linux/Unix accounts.
•Experience operating PAM platforms such as CyberArk (PAS, PVWA, CPM, PSM) or equivalent solutions like BeyondTrust, Delinea, or Arcon.
•3+ years hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault in production, including secrets engines, authentication methods, policies, namespaces, and Vault Agent/sidecar injectors.
•Ability to integrate Vault with CI/CD pipelines for dynamic secret injection and automate secure secret bootstrap and rotation workflows.

Education:Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
