Job Summary

Provide effective instruction to second-language learners across general faculty subjects and specialized areas of the Business (Accounting) discipline. Teach courses aligned to syllabi and program goals, design and deliver assessment and feedback, and support students through advising, internships, and office hours. Contribute to applied research, conferences, committees, and student groups, while participating in academic, extracurricular, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Teach courses aligned with course syllabi and program goals, using practical, applied approaches.
•Develop and apply educational technology resources to deliver effective and innovative instruction.
•Assess student learning by providing continuous feedback, evaluating performance, updating grades, and contributing to question banks/coursework assessments.
•Serve as a student advisor, including advising on at-risk action plans, mentoring students during internships/work placements, and maintaining office hours.
•Conduct applied research and participate in conferences, committees, and student group activities in support of faculty and system-wide needs.

Key Requirements

•A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is required where applicable.
•Or a Master’s Degree plus a professional certification relevant to the discipline with 5 years of teaching and industry experience.
•Or a Bachelor’s Degree may be considered with extensive industry experience and industry certification as per the discipline requirement.
•A minimum of 3 years teaching experience in the relevant discipline.
•Experience developing course curriculum aligned with accreditation and international standards.
