Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute asset-level business plans to maximize value and performance for a residential portfolio.
  • •Lead strategic leasing initiatives, operational improvements, and capital projects, partnering with third-party property managers and joint venture stakeholders.
  • •Conduct advanced financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment underwriting to support acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and portfolio management decisions.
  • •Analyze property performance versus budgets, forecasts, and benchmarks; identify risks/opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance returns and long-term value.
  • •Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning; prepare reporting for senior management and investment committees, including quarterly valuations and ESG+R targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in real estate investment, asset management, or a related property sector, with strong residential asset management experience.
  • •Proven success developing and executing asset-level strategies that drive performance and value creation.
  • •Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills, including experience working with Argus, Yardi, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • •Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, lease structures, and key real estate performance metrics.
  • •Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics (or related) or equivalent professional experience; MRICS, CFA, or progress towards a professional qualification is advantageous.
