Key Responsibilities

•Work within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative highway and infrastructure solutions.
•Deliver engineering outputs for projects or work packages of varying scale, often across multiple concurrent projects.
•Apply digital automation, data-driven design, and computational tools to improve engineering delivery.
•Deliver highway design solutions such as access and haul roads to help deliver national grid upgrade portfolios.
•Develop and maintain reusable digital tools, scripts, templates, and documentation to support consistent and efficient project delivery.

Key Requirements

•Deliver highway design solutions and highway improvements for local authorities and national projects, working within multi-disciplinary teams.
•Apply digital automation, data-driven design, and computational tools (e.g., Python, Dynamo) to improve engineering delivery.
•Develop and maintain reusable digital tools, scripts, templates, and documentation to support consistent and efficient project delivery.
•Support carbon measurement and integrate digital technologies to enhance design efficiency, coordination, and quality.
•Use platforms such as Microsoft Azure and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to create integrated workflows.
