Job Summary

Lead cost accounting, profitability analysis, and FP&A to drive cost efficiency and support business decision-making. Own monthly/quarterly/annual closing, financial statements, and variance analysis in line with IFRS/local GAAP. Serve as the key finance lead for SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO) and support implementations, upgrades, and master data integrity. Partner across operations, procurement, and commercial teams with clear financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
•Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and partner with senior management with insights and recommendations.
•Lead cost accounting, including standard costing, variance analysis, product costing, and overhead allocation, and drive activity-based costing (ABC) and cost control.
•Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer, and business unit to identify cost optimization opportunities.
•Own SAP S/4HANA finance usage (FI/CO), support implementations/upgrades/enhancements, collaborate with IT/business teams, and ensure master data integrity for costing-related data.

Key Requirements

•8–12+ years of finance experience with strong costing background.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, Product Costing, COPA) and SAP implementation or migration projects.
•Advanced cost accounting and financial analysis skills, including standard costing and variance analysis.
•Professional qualification preferred (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CIMA).
