Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the AS400 system to record lane and simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, process sold units, and verify/enter lights.
  • •Verify sold vehicle information for accuracy before completing transactions and obtain customer signatures as appropriate.
  • •Work virtually with the auctioneer to verify system information and review simulcast bids.
  • •Verify vehicle run order so the correct vehicle is keyed and sold, and provide arbitration/vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer.
  • •Call and email late titles and use Salesforce for title absent support, and respond to customer requests through multiple channels.
