Foreperson

Lead and support a solar installation crew of three to six members, ensuring safe, high-quality, productive work on residential and small commercial projects. Organize and train crew members, manage construction workflow and documentation, and maintain strong customer relations throughout installations. Troubleshoot and resolve crew issues, provide feedback to management, and perform service calls when needed. May act as supervisor/manager in the absence of leadership.
