Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, coordinate, and monitor EPC contractors’ construction activities to ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, approved drawings, HSE, quality procedures, and schedules.
  • •Act as the PMC representative at site to ensure safe, efficient, and quality execution of construction works.
  • •Coordinate FEED/EPC contractor execution through construction, commissioning, and handing over of FEED/EPC works.
  • •Review and provide input to construction/installation plans, procedures, and EPC package requirements to ensure constructability and alignment with EPC scope intent.
  • •Inspect and support fabrication and construction activities, maintaining contractors’ adherence to safety, quality, and schedule; identify slippage and recommend corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • •Minimum 10–15 years of pipeline construction experience in oil and gas projects.
  • •Minimum 5 years in a PMC or client representative role.
  • •Preferred: ADNOC onshore project experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of ASME B31.4/B31.8, API standards, ADNOC onshore specifications, pipeline welding and NDT requirements, and hydrotesting/commissioning procedures.
