Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with teams to understand how they support customers with everyday banking and long-term financial planning.
  • •Learn the product suite, including accounts, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, savings, investments, insurance, and wealth management.
  • •Gain exposure to digital tools for tracking conversations, managing relationships, and uncovering new opportunities.
  • •Understand how laws and regulations affect international clients and how HSBC gets it right every time.
  • •Build the skills for a future career in relationship management by working alongside professionals across the business.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available to work full time for 10 weeks commencing May 2027.
  • •Be expected to graduate between November 2027 and July 2028.
  • •Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent).
  • •Be fluent in English.
