Job Summary

Provide patient care by performing general radiography procedures and analyzing image output for diagnostic evaluation. Operate X-ray-related equipment (including angiography and fluoroscopy where applicable), ensure safe and competent use of radiology equipment, and maintain documentation and ordering records. Evaluate image quality, forward images for radiologist review, and support hospital systems by entering records and uploading images to PACS. Follow quality, safety, infection control, and OSH/OSHMS requirements while communicating professionally with patients and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide patient care by independently or under supervision performing general radiography procedures, analyzing image output for diagnostic evaluation, and reporting to the supervisor as needed.
•Operate X-ray/angiography/fluoroscopy equipment to produce diagnostic images, applying knowledge of anatomy and physiology while maintaining patient safety and accurate positioning.
•Evaluate image quality and completeness, advise staff when required, and forward images for radiologist review and reporting.
•Ensure safe and competent use of radiology equipment and patient appliances, reporting incidents and equipment faults to senior staff in a timely manner.
•Maintain proper entries and records in the Hospital Information System and upload radiological images onto the Hospital PACS system, while complying with quality, safety, infection control, and OSH/OSHMS requirements.

Key Requirements

•Valid DOH license/pass result as a Radiography Technologist.
•Valid Dataflow / Primary Source Verification (PSV) report.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Radiography, Radiology Technology, or Medical/Diagnostic Imaging program from an accredited university.
•Two (2) years of experience post qualification in a multimodality site/facility (including OR, trauma, etc.), plus valid home country registration as a radiographer.
•Excellent communication skills in English; spoken Arabic is advantageous.
