Job Summary

Develop, strengthen, and monitor provider networks for Specialty Lines (Easy Living, Mobile Device / Digital Risk, and Automotive Warranty) across APAC to ensure end-customer services meet expected price, quality, and availability. Lead LoB strategy, support tenders and cost initiatives, and steer network performance with providers. Partner with APAC business units, manage vendors and contracts, drive digital channel adoption, and ensure compliance and quality while leading and developing the network team.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, design, and implement LoB strategy for Specialty Lines and ensure network readiness to provide expected customer services.
•Support tenders and sales effectiveness and create business cases from cost competitiveness initiatives.
•Elaborate, monitor, and steer network performance with providers, increasing use of digital channels and end-to-end management.
•Manage vendor and contract activities, including global frame agreements from legal term definition to contract termination and compliance/fraud considerations.
•Lead and develop the team managing the assistance provider network, including harmonizing optimized network processes and rolling out cost efficiency initiatives.
