Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the AR lifecycle for the marketplace portfolio, including invoice accuracy, aging reports, and daily revenue reconciliations to ensure reliable financial records and cash flow.
  • •Lead end-to-end AR processes for the marketplace, driving a proactive collections strategy to meet cash targets and support month-end close activities.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate cash application across AWS, Azure, and GCP, monitor remittance discrepancies, and drive automation for scale and audit trails.
  • •Act as the primary Finance liaison for Cloud Partners, maintaining strong relationships to resolve issues and ensure alignment on billing and revenue visibility.
  • •Standardize and optimize Order-to-Cash workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement automated solutions to scale with transaction growth while maintaining organized operations and SOX compliance

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years in Accounts Receivable or Revenue Operations, with 4+ years in a leadership capacity within a high-growth SaaS environment
  • •Advanced proficiency in NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM)
  • •Hands-on experience with automated collections tools and reporting; strong Excel skills (data manipulation, Power Query, complex reconciliations)
  • •Deep understanding of hyperscaler billing dynamics (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including payout reports, net vs. gross revenue, and fee structures
  • •Solid understanding of US GAAP and SOX controls related to the Order-to-Cash cycle
