Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate with cost management and project management teams in Queensland and support as required, working independently with responsibility for deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •A recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
  • •3+ years post-graduate experience.
  • •AIQS of RICS member or currently on the pathway to membership.
  • •Experience across the project lifecycle, including pre-contract, procurement, and post-contract activities.
  • •Experience in CostX (preferred) and a client-facing, outgoing approach with the ability to work independently and lead deliverables.
