Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise on demographic trends and economic forecasts to inform development strategy, rollout planning, and highest-and-best-use recommendations.
  • •Define project positioning and development briefs, including targets for sellable/leasable areas and revenue drivers, and establish programme milestones and timeframes.
  • •Lead independent cost benchmarking and develop asset and district budgets; guide feasibility, ROI/expected value modelling, and scenario analysis.
  • •Oversee design-to-construction delivery: coordinate stakeholders to close design deliverables and approvals, manage transition responsibilities, and provide hands-on construction oversight in Capri.
  • •Advise on contract and commercial matters, procurement strategy, RFP scopes, and manage contractor performance, variations, claims, and timely issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, architecture, civil engineering or similar.
  • •Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • •Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in development and delivery management roles, preferably with leading developers.
  • •Hands-on contractor and construction management experience, including day-to-day site coordination, quality, cost, programme, and commercial management.
  • •Strong understanding of architecture, engineering, interiors, landscape, statutory approvals, and construction sequencing.
