Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily standard work and complex operations successfully.
  • •Read and interpret process sheets; troubleshoot minor equipment issues to continue processing production material.
  • •Clock labor in Solumina and perform daily Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) while documenting results.
  • •Maintain acceptable quality levels and adhere to standard work and all work instructions; keep the work area clean (6S).
  • •Operate production machines in the work loop, perform set up and rework, and train other operators through shadowing (Level II or III).
