Purchase materials, supplies, machinery, and services to support state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Ensure supply continuity by following up orders, verifying deliveries, approving payments, and maintaining records. Coordinate supplier shipments and resolve billing/receiving issues, execute pull-ins/push-outs to meet MRP demand, and drive inventory and E&Z reduction. Negotiate purchases and RFQs to achieve the lowest cost consistent with quality and urgency, with support from experienced buyers.
