Key Responsibilities

•Manage the Maintenance Department to support safety, quality, and productivity goals.
•Program, troubleshoot, and repair CNC manufacturing equipment and facilities using CNC processes.
•Troubleshoot machine hardware and software problems using technical CNC skills and schematics.
•Minimize downtime by completing preventive maintenance and recognizing immediate problems.
•Provide training and leadership, including possible involvement in recruiting, performance evaluation, and staffing recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Post-high school education is required.
•3 to 5 years of experience in machine repair and maintenance, plus 1 to 3 years managing people.
•Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and control technology, and welding.
•Knowledge of safe equipment practices and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
•Working knowledge of precision tools and measuring instruments, and business software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
